Is YOGA KONGA sustainable?

YOGA KONGA is eco-aware and sweatshop free. The collection is made with the people, who are producing the items and environment in mind. The items are produced partly in a GOTS-certified manufactory in India and partly in a BPoC owned family-run manufactory in Indonesia. The material we use is made out of organic bamboo and organic cotton. The dye we use is precious, natural indigo sourced from local farmers. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Klarna and bank transfer.

What's my order status?

If you have an yogakonga.com account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the My Account page, under orders. It typically takes 1-3 business days for an order to ship. If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped. If you need further assistance, please email us at contact@yogakonga.com.

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to add your requested item. In order to best assist with your request, please email us at contact@yogakonga.com. 

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to change the color/size of your purchased item. In order to best assist with your request, please email us at contact@yogakonga.com.

Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by emailing us at contact@yogakonga.com. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship everywhere in the world. For shippings out of the EU you may be charged duties and taxes upon entry into your country.

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

To get a notification when the sold out product is back in stock. Just sign up to our newsletter.

What is the YOGA KONGA return policy?

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition with tags attached for a full refund within two weeks from deliver date. We do not accept returns for 3rd party retailers. Return shipments are at the expense of the customer and are accepted within two weeks from delivery date. To see full policy, click here.

What's the status on my return?

We recommend using a carrier that will provide you a tracking number.

Can I exchange my order?

We are currently not set up for exchanges. Instead you can use our returns process and place a new order!

Return shipments are at the expense of the customer and are accepted within two weeks from delivery date. Once received, we’ll be more than happy to issue a full refund (deducting shipping costs) for all the items we’ve received. Once processed, please allow between 2-4 business days for the refund to reflect onto your original form of payment.

How do I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, please email us at contact@yogakonga.com. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our return process.

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. Once received, we’ll be more than happy to issue a full refund (deducting shipping costs) for all the items we’ve received. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties or additional fees that may apply to your order.
